Biography

Elizabeth "Betsy" Howard was born on the 4th of June 1790 in Madison County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Henry Howard and Isabella Griffin.

Betsy married Godfrey Isaacs Jr on the 2nd of February 1810 in Clay County, Kentucky.^[1]
