Uriah Howard was born in 1763 [citation needed] in Lyme, Grafton, New Hampshire, son of Daniel Howard (1724 - 1815) and Sarah (Backus) Howard (1736 - 1812).

Uriah married Lydia Rice . Their daughter was Sybil W (Howard) Clough (~1784 - 1864).

Uriah died about 9 Jul 1845 in Phillips, Franklin, Maine, United States aged ~82. He is buried in Riverside Cemetery, Phillips, Maine.

DAR #63530: Uriah Howard (1763-1845) enlisted 1782 in Capt. Charles Wilson's company, Col. Benjamin Waite's regiment, Vermont troops. He was born in Lyme, N.H.; died in Phillips, Franklin, Me.
