Elizabeth Chrisp Howard was born on January 05, 1846 in Limehouse St Anne, Middlesex, England[1][2]. Her parents were Charles Howard and Sarah Duff. She married Samuel Blackwell on July 22, 1865[3][4] She died on January 29, 1932 in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, England[5][6]

Does anyone know if Charles and Sarah were married? They are both listed as parents of Elizabeth and she has Charles' surname, but neither Charles nor Sarah shows the other as a spouse. I find this a bit puzzling.
