Elizabeth Howard was born in Tranent, Haddingtonshire, Scotland, United Kingdom on the 26th February 1857. She was the daughter of James Howard (1831-1904) and Margaret O'Neil (1827-1885).
Elizabeth married James Miller (1855-1917), son of Daniel Miller (1820-1905) and Elizabeth Penny (1820-1876) in Glengarnock, Ayr, Scotland, United Kingdom on the 9th July 1875.
She was alive during the Boar War (1899-1902), World War One (1914-1918) and the Russian Revolution (1917-1923).
Elizabeth died aged 72 on the 26th of July 1929.
