Frances Howard was christened 19 Oct 1623 in St. Martin in the Fields, Westminster, Middlesex, England. She was the daughter of Thomas Howard, 1st Earl of Berkshire and Lady Elizabeth Cecil. She married Conyers Darcy, 2nd Earl of Holderness, son of Conyers Darcy, 1st Earl of Holderness and Grace Rokeby, on 8 Feb 1650 in St. James, Clerkenwell, Middlesex, England. She died on 9 April 1670 in Hornby, Yorkshire, England.
