Howard-12690 and Howard-7814 do not represent the same person because: There is no supporting documentation to indicate this is the same person. There is no documentation to show previous marriages. More research needs to be conducted to locate which date of death belongs to which person. On the surface one can make an observance based on names and inaccurate information represented on profiles to make a person appear to be the same but documentation does not exist to show they are the same and not just sharing a first name.
