Fred Howard was born on 3 Jun 1899 in Salyersville, Magoffin, Kentucky, United States, to parents Sublet Howard and Polly Salyer. He was married to Lillie Allen on 7 May 1918. After they divorced he married Myrtle Howard on 4 Oct 1919. Children: James, Ellis, Ernest, Ethel Mae, Fred Jr., Loretta, Robert, Charles E, Roberta, Patricia Inez. He passed away on 27 Feb 1976 at the Starke Memorial Hospital in Knox, Starke County, Indiana, United States, and was buried at the Westville Cemetery in Westville, La Porte County, Indiana, United States.
