All lands including the island totaling 346 acres to be sold whenever 3 of my sons consent: Samuel, John, Philip, Benjamin, and divided among those 4 sons after paying son William $200. Grandsons sons of my son William--James, John Philip, William and David Hampton Howard. Lewis Bryan and Nancy Bryan children of my daughter Betsey Bryan. 6 granddaughters children of daughter Salley Holliman. Two granddaughters children of daughter Susannah Douthit. Each of the 8 children of Nancy Whitlock grandchildren of my present wife to be paid to their father James Whitlock in trust. Daughters Salley & Sukey. Executors sons Philip and Benjamin.
