Mary was born on 9 Aug 1831 in Mercer, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of George Howe and Frances Manner and the fifth of eight children. She never married nor had children. She worked as a domestic.
Death and Burial
Mary died on 30 Oct 1901 in Washington, District of Columbia.[1] She is buried in Congressional Cemetery, Washington, District of Columbia.[2]
