Emanuel Scrope Howe, 2nd Viscount Howe of Langar, Nottinghamshire (b. c. 1699/1700 - 35),[1][2] sat for Nottinghamshire, 1722/32, and was Governor of Barbados from 1732 - 35.[3]
He was the son of:
Scrope Howe, 1st Viscount Howe, (d. 26 Jan 1713),[1][4]
and Juliana, dau. of William Alington, 3rd Baron Alington.
On 08 April 1719 he married [Mary Sophia] Charlotte Kielmansegge.[7] Her mother Charlotte Sophia, Countess of Darlington (1675–1725), wife of Johann Adolph, Baron von Kielmansegg,[1] was the half-sister George I of Great Britain.[8][9]

Brig-Gen. George Augustus Howe, 3rd Viscount Howe (b. c. 1724, d. 06 Jul 1758).[9]
