Biography

David was born on 3rd February 1892 [1]. He is the son of Benjamin Howe and Elizabeth Hunt [2] [3].

In 1911, he was working as a ship owner's clerk. On 1st July 1920 he was given the Freedom of the City of London. He was working at 37 Henhouse Road, Eltham, Kent as a steamship manager.
