Biography
Born in Henniker 25 Feb 1786. Married 2 Nov 1809 Ruth Colby, born in Henniker about 1788. They moved to Newport, where he was a farmer. They had ten children. He died in Newport 14 Dec 1867.[1]

Howe-6924 and Howe-6275 appear to represent the same person because: Records agree except the spelling of the first name, Stephen or Steven. New Hampshire birth and marriage records and Howe family records all spell the name as Stephen.
