Biography
Joseph, son of Joseph How & Annis Paul, was born on 14 December 1805 in Wells, Rutland, Vermont, United States.[1]
He married Theodocia Stevens. Their children: Merritt, Simeon, Harriet, and Rhoda.
They lived in Wells where he was a farmer.[2] Joseph Howe was also known as Deacon Joseph Howe Jr.
In the 1850 census Joseph (age 44) was in London, Monroe, Michigan, United States.[3]
