Biography

• Christening Record - George was christened on 19 June 1884, at the age of 9 years old and on the same day as his 13 years old sister Eugenie.

• George shows up in the 1881 census - which means he was not born in 1884. He was listed as being 6 years old, which gives us a year of birth of 1875.

• By 1891 George was aged 16 and was the only child still living at home with his mother. He stated that his occupation was that of a "Self Help Brigade".
