Charlotte was born about 1813. She passed away after 1880. According to the US Federal Census of 1860, Charlotte Collins (married to John Collins) was born in England in 1813 and resided with 3 sons and 1 daughter in Brooklyn.1
The death certificate for son William Collins also lists John Collins and Charlotte Howe as parents of William. 2
