Mrs. Agnes E. Ongley, wife fo Archie Ongley, died at her home in Little Cooley, Wednesday evening at 6:45 o'clock, following illness of about three years. She was born in Sparta township on September 8, 1871, and had resided in the Little Cooley community for the past 21 years. Besides the husband, to whom she was married in 1895, she leaves three children, Mrs. Zora Dean of Lawrence Park, Erie, Mearl (sic) Ongley of Centerville, and James Ongley of Guys Mills, a siser, Mrs. Elva Miller of Grand Valley, a half brother, Bert Messenger of Sparta township, and her mother, Mrs. Artemus Messenger fo Little Cooley. A sister, Mrs. Rena Parkin, died four weeks ago. Mrs. Ongley was a member of the Adventist chruch at Rootville, from which funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock, with interment in the Rootville cemetery. 1
