Christianne Howell was born about September 1853 ^[1][2]in Prince Edward Island.

Christianne married Antoine Gallant (born in Miscouche, Prince, Prince Edward Island on 27 August 1843, died in Bangor, Penobscot, Maine, United States on 26 November 1914), child of Joseph Gallant and Dorothée Downing, in 1870. Their children were:
