Biography
James Howell was the 4th son of James Howell and Louisa Scherp.
He married Clara Wilkinson at Dunedin in 1911.
They settled at Clarks, the property called 'Glengarry' where he was a Runholder. James and Clara later moved to Middlemarch where he farmed.
James Howell died in 1964 age 75 at Dunedin. He is buried at Middlemarch Cemetery. BLK 18, PLOT 74
