Biography

1776 Project
Surgeon Lewis Howell served with 2nd New Jersey Regiment, Continental Army during the American Revolution.

Lewis was Richard Howell's twin Brother

Lewis was a surgeon and a patriot of the American Revolution. In Nov 1776, he served in the 2nd New Jersey Regiment. He died on 5 Jun 1778.[1][2]
