Jeanne Howell was born in 1974 in Ohio. Due to health concerns she never married and had no children.
Due to health concerns I am going to be doing genealogy and posting my notes, but the individuals that I manage will be limited in case my health takes a turn for the worse. It is my hope that responsible and knowledgeable individuals take over any profiles which I may be forced to abandon due to these issues.
Currently I am working on editing my current profiles for errors, links to other profiles (children, parents, spouses, etc.), adding sources, and finding possible merges. you can find a current to do list here.
Have you taken a DNA test for genealogy? If so, login to add it. If not, see our friends at MyHeritage DNA.

Congratulation for adding your contributions in December. Whatever the quantity of your contributions, they all count. As we always say "Quality is better than quantity" to make a great family tree.
Thank you for being a Wikitreer,

The murkiness of relationships among the early Virginia Walker families is a big reason for the sub-project name study!
I checked my relationship to your John & WikiTree finds us 5th cousins 8x removed. However, I have a big question mark about who my David Walker's father was (so maybe we're not related). But it does tell me John is related to the other Walker families in early Virginia.

You left a question about Burke serving in the Mexican War. I don't think it was him. Here's why.
1. The bio in the 1902 news article where he got the appointment as a West Point cadet does not mention this service. Rather it talks about finishing high school.
2. There is a newspapers.com clipping for 1898-Sep-7 about his mother seeking custody for her children - 17 yo son, Burke, 12 yo Mary. https://www.newspapers.com/clip/13444741/lincoln_journal_star/

I have some misunderstandings on post. I thought links was source information. I been adding family search links and other links. Please exsplain what we to add. Is Actul documents ok to add. I added researched trees as well showing links. I really unclear what wikitree conciders sources. Sources to me are any links, stories, documents, websites you can get. I even going to link trees in research area. Hall-29211 has more links on it as well. Billie
