Biography
David was born in 1796 and died in 1866.
- He was the son of John C. Howell and Essena Elizabeth Osborne. David married first Mary Naomi Edwards (daughter of Thomas Edwards and Mary Brittain) and second, Mary Myriam Ann Edwards (daughter of Ellis Edwards and Ameilia Brittain). He had 12 children altogether.
