Biography

Phoebe Ann Howell was born on 15 Feb 1872 at Fairmount, in Jefferson County, West Virginia to Joseph Howell and Susan Taylor. On 14 Dec 1886, she married George Mortimer Hough in Jefferson County, West Virginia. Phoebe died on 6 Jul 1959 in Charles Town, West Virginia, at age 87. She was buried at Edge Hill Cemetery in Charles Town, West Virginia.
