Biography

I'm a retired attorney, currently filling in at my husband's bookstore, Shining Lotus in Denver, Colorado. I've been doing genealogy since 1969. I have an undergraduate degree in History and did graduate work in Medieval Studies.

I'm an ethnic Mormon from a Wyoming ranching family. My immediate ancestors were pioneers of the American West. My distant ancestry is mostly colonial American with a bit of NDN and a chunk of Swedish.

Hello Justin,

During the winter, the Nordic Project performed check-ins, sent as a private message from your profile. You are one of those members who has not replied, and this is a last chance to get in touch and let me know if you like to continue as member in the Nordic Project.

Please answer this comment, and get in touch by sending me a private message. If we have not heard from you within a month you will be removed from the Nordic google group and your badge will be removed.

If you have not received any check-in emails, you might want to check that your email adress for WikiTree is one you actually still use.

Thank you!

Missy Berryann Co-Leader, Nordic Project

Why do you think Thomas Place is related to Shadrack Place? There doesn't seem to be much about him anywhere.

Thanks Justin for the nfo.

I have a photo of Lucinda and Neal Howery. I was surprised how much she and her sister (my grandmother) looked alike. I can post it or send you a copy first. Bill Heald

Hello, Justin,

Thank You So Much for responding to my message. Genealogy is not only a Fascinating Journey into our Past, it connects us to Our Present and Our Future as well. It's Amazing to discover the number of Direct Ancestors we Share, as well as the multitude of Extended Family Members.. I've Always been Fascinated with Scotland and Ireland to actually find " Roots" that connect me, even in small ways is Wonderful.

Have a Awesome Day,

Crystal

Hello Justin.

According to the Relationship Finder we are 20th Cousins as we share the same 19th Great-Grandfather. The relationship is a distant one yet we are Still Cousins. I think that's Awesome.

I am a descendant of the Luce family of Norfolk, England, and am also related to Elias Lacey Thomas Harrison, Mormon and Architect in Salt Lake City. He was my great grand mothers brother. I have written a small book on Elias's life. Lin Starke

I am interested in the Luce family study

I was not able to find the other. I was surprised to see my source not there. Hess Genealogy: the descendants of 1717 Immigrants. Hans and Magdalena. I would agree to the merge
