Biography
Kate was born on 12/7/1905 and was baptised at Thornbury Parish Church on 5/11/1905. Her father, Herbert, was a labourer and her mother was Mary. The family name was written incorrectly in the baptismal record as House. She was the daughter of Herbert Howes and Mary Lawrence. She married Ernest Henry Reeves on 13/12/1932 at Berkeley, Gloucestershire. She died, age 74, in Dec 1979 at Stroud.
