In his will, Governor Thomas Prence gives his daughter Sarah Howes (wife of Jeremiah) his biggest beer bowl and a share in some of the estate. Does that help? If not, go and look at the other Howes whose profiles have references. As we do them, we're all trying to get sources that have teeth, not ancestry tree stuff; so that might help you. Also, there is a daughter Sarah for Capt. Thomas, but her dates are not the ones here. She was born 29 Oct 1673. This may be that this Sarah was confused with the other & their relationships switched. Anyway, it's all there if you look at the relatives involved. Darlene

I believe this woman is the daughter of Jeremiah Howes and Sarah Prence. She is also a duplicate of -71. I'll adopt 71 and would then appreciate a merge agreement from you so that we can get the children on here too. Thank you, Darlene

Kerry, according to Maclean W. McLean, "John and Mary (Folland) Whelden," in The American Genealogist, 48(1972):81, Sarah was daughter of Jeremiah, not Thomas. What's your source for her being daughter of Thomas? Thanks.
