Biography
Richard Howie was born in 1887.[1]
He was the son of Henry Howie and Margaret Weedy who were married in 1871[2].
In 1891 he was 4 years old and lived with his parents and siblings at Chopwell[3]
At the time of the 1911 census...[4]
