Samuel Howland of Pembroke, yeoman died intestate and on 31 March 1798, Warren Howland of Pembroke was granted the administration of his estate.[7]
His inventory was taken on 19 March 1798 in Pembroke.[8]
In 1800, an account of his estate by Warren Howland was recorded which included the estate sold at a loss, debts paid, and administration fees.[9]
