Harcourt Howlett was born in Wymondham, Norfolk, England.

Harcourt Howlett was born in 1814 and baptised on 24 April 1814 at the Abby of Wymondham, Norfolk. His parents were recorded as Harcourt Howlett and his wife Sarah. ^[1]

The 1841 Census shows him living with his wife Elza. There is a reference to Eliza Steward in a marriage licence in 1829, I am speculating that his wife sister was also living with them. This needs to be confirmed before setting up the spouse's profile. Harcourt's memorial Inscription mentions Eliza as his wife.
