Biography

Thomas Abner Howse, son of James Newton Howse and Cynthia Adaline (Champion) Howse, was born on 29 November 1856 in Georgia.[1] He appeared on the census of 11 June 1860 in the home of his parents at Fayette County, Georgia.[2]

He married Josephine Ophelia Vaughn on 24 April 1879 at Campbell County, Georgia. [3][1]

He was a farmer when he and Josephine appeared on the census of 9 June 1880 at District 499, Campbell County, Georgia.[4]

Thomas died on 18 September 1920 and was buried at Concord Baptist Church Cemetery, Cullman, Cullman County, Alabama. His memorial has photos and links to those of family members.[1]
