Mary Elizabeth Howton was born 11 April 1841 in Jefferson County, Alabama. She was the daughter of Lewis Howton and Harriett E. (Whiteside) Howton. [1]
She was first married 24 June 1860 in Birmingham, Jefferson, Alabama to Josephus Goodwin. [2]
She married second Zachary Taylor Parsons 19 July 1865 in Jefferson County, Alabama. [3]
She died 8 March 1919 and was buried at Adger Cemetery, North Johns, Jefferson County, Alabama. [4]
