Biography
Reginald Clarence Hoyt was born about 1849 in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada, son of Edward Miller Hoyt (~1810 - 1893) and Hannah Raymond Betts (~1816 - 1852).
Reginald married Kezia Elizabeth Gorbell (born in St. Philip Stepney, Middlesex, England in May 1841; died in Saint John on 29 Mar 1915), daughter of Thomas Kewell Gorbell and Kezia Sales. Their son was Mr Herbert Clarence Hoyt (1876 - 1954).
Reginald died on 24 Jan 1915 in Saint John aged ~65. He is buried in Church of England Cemetery, Saint John.
