Biography

Mary was born in June 1841.

In 1860, Jane was 19 years old and living with her husband 31 year old Benjamin Householder, a farmer, and also 36 year old Joseph Householder (Benjamin's brother?) and Joseph's family in Bloom, Richland, Wisconsin. [1]

In 1870, M. Jane was 29 years old and living with her husband B. F. Householder, a farmer, and their two children Henry (9) and Reason (8) in Bloom, Richland, Wisconsin. [2]

In 1880 Mary was living with her husband Benjamin Householder and their children Rezin (17) and Daniel (8) in Spring Valley, Richland, Wisconsin, United States. [3]

Her son Rezin E. Householder married in 1884 in Richland County, Wisconsin. [4]

Her husband Benjamin died in 1894 in Bloom, Richland, Wisconsin. [5]

Her son Daniel married in 1896 in Richland County, Wisconsin. [6]

In 1900, she was a 58 year old widow (born Jun 1841), living alone in Bloom town, Richland, Wisconsin. The census noted that she owned her home, and was the mother of 5 children, 3 of whom were still living. [7]

In 1905, she was a 63 year old widow living in Bloom, Richland, Wisconsin with her son Daniel, Daniel's wife Daisy, and her mother Elizabeth Hoyt. [8]

In 1910, she was a 68 year old widow, living alone in La Farge, Vernon, Wisconsin. She owned her home, and the census again noted that she was the mother of 5 children, 3 of whom were still living. [9]

She died in 1914 and was buried at Bloom City Cemetery in Bloom City, Richland, Wisconsin. [10]
