Hubbard-1695 and Hubbard-144 appear to represent the same person because: Both John Hubbard of Wethersfield b. 1655 married to Mary
posted by Anne B
ohn Hubbard did not marry Mary Wright b. 1664. She married Jonathan Belden Src:Vital Records Wethersfield. There is one secondary source that lists this marriage, but it is obviously wrong. Most of the sources see Torreys' NE Marriages - "HUBBARD, John (1655+-) & Mary ____; 1676 ca?; Hadley/ Glastonbury, CT {Warner-Harrington 340; TAG 25:33, 133, 27:48; Hale (1952) 566, 567, 674; Hubbard 214; Cross Anc. 93; Taylor-Snow 2:36; Putnam's Mag. 6:49}"

This leads me to believe that John Hubbard married Mary ____ not Mary Wright.

The easiest thing would be to change Mary to Mary Unknown.
