Biography

Philip Hubbard was born in Kittery, Massachusetts (now Maine) in 1693 and killed by Indians in 1723. He was the son of Philip Hubbard and Elizabeth Goodwin. He married, about 1717, Elizabeth Roberts, daughter of Joseph & Elizabeth Roberts, born 13 March 1697 in Dover, New Hampshire. Philip & Elizabeth had three children: Philip, Joseph and Elizabeth.[1][2][3][4]

Philip died February 22, 1723, and is buried in the Old Fields Road Cemetery, in South Berwick, York County, Maine.
