Stephen, since there IS a source for Elizabeth Howlett as the 1st wife of James Booker, and the same source says his 3rd wife was also named Elizabeth, I'm wondering if the profile of Elizabeth Hubbard actually represents the 3rd wife. If you think that may be the case please reject the pending merge. You can see the source on James Booker's profile, and it links to the relevant text online.

As near as I can determine, the merge is the appropriate action. The name Elizabeth Hubbard appears in some old notes from my deceased mother and I now believe is in error. James Booker's profile provides sufficient sources for making the change and properly identifying his third wife. Thanks for catching this.

Hubbard-3796 and Howlett-123 appear to represent the same person because: Not sure that Elizabeth Hubbard existed-- no real sources given. But she has the same 1st name and similar dates, the same birth location and the same spouse as Elizabeth Howlett. The one source on Elizabeth Howlett's profile came from the spouse, James Booker's profile. It lists 3 marriages, none of which was named Hubbard. Consider merging, or maybe dig into that Ancestry tree for sources.
