Mildred Elizabeth Hubbell, born 21 Aug 1895 at Union City, Pennsylvania, was the third and final child of Altia May (Breed; 1863-1947) & Willis Mead Hubbell (1858-1942).

She married 24 March 1921 at Union City, Pennsylvania, Charles Edward Wallace ^[1] [b. 28 Aug 1879; d. 18 Jan 1963 ^[2]]; their children:

1. Charles Edward Wallace, b. June 26, 1922, at Erie, PA
2. Robert William Wallace, b. July 23, 1924, at Union City, PA
