Biography
Hannah Elsie was the daughter of Joseph B Huber and Hannah Ramer born in Rural Valley[1] . She married O. Cassat Turney in 1908.[2]
By 1920 she had two children.[3] Another son was born by 1930. [4]
She passed in 1944 and is buried in Rural Valley.[5]
