Daniel and Aggie moved to Vermilion County, Indiana before 1830; they are found in the 1830 U.S. Census for that county, as are at least three of their married children: Genetta (Huddleston) wife of Pleasant Lemay, Stephen Huddleston, and Alvey Huddleston. DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Daniel by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Daniel:

To the profile managers: I believe Abram (Abraham) Huddleston (1786-1874) listed here in biography section as a son of Daniel Huddleston & Aggie Holliday is actually Huddleston #1479. His parents are Abraham Huddleston (Sr) and Mary Slack. Abram’s find-a -grave information also lists his parents correctly. Since he lived near, and migrated with this family to Macoupin County Illinois in the 1830’s, some have assumed he was a child of Daniel; he is actually a cousin.. Also my research on Daniel and Aggie (Holliday) Huddleston indicates they had 8 children, not 9. If Abram is listed in Daniel’s biography as a child this will perpetuate more confusion. Thank You.

There are currently three different profiles for the spouse of Daniel Huddleston (Huddleston-1336): These three are Holliday-433 (Agatha Holliday); Holliday-952 (Agatha [Holliday] Huddleston); and Unknown-377925 (Agnes [unknown] Huddleston. All three need to be merged because they are all the same person: Agatha “Aggie” Holliday (abt 1770-abt 1869) the daughter of David Holliday and Agnes Pulliam. She was the one and ONLY spouse of this Daniel Huddleston (Huddleston-1336) [Daniel and “Aggie” married 11 January 1788, Bedford Co. Virginia]. Merging these 3 profiles will help clarify some of the confusion about this branch of their family.

I agree William Huddleston and Martha Myer had ONLY ONE son named Daniel b. Abt 1771 PA. By 1788 this Daniel lived in Bedford Co Virginia where he married Agatha “aggie” Holliday (well documented -Encyclopedia of Quaker genealogy). “Daniel and his Agatha his wife” are named in will of William Huddleston (clearly showing him as the son of William Huddleston and Martha (Meyer). source: Kanawha Co. Virginia (now West Virginia), Will book 1, page 209, November 11, 1817. This document lists “Thomas Huddleston and Rachel his wife, Henry Huddleston and Mary his wife, Daniel Huddleston and Agatha his wife, Abraham Huddleston and Mary his wife, Polly or Mary Huddleston, and Patsy Huddleston, heirs of William Huddleston deceased. “ Mary “Polly” and Patsy appear to be unmarried daughters of William. Also Nathan Huddleston & John “Boomer” Huddleston are mentioned in will.

This Daniel Huddleston (1771-1830) is my direct line. He did NOT marry Louisa Rowley. I will refer to him as Daniel Sr. Daniel Sr.’s son Daniel Jr. (1802-1878) married Louisa Rowley (1825 Lawrence Co. Ohio). Now I have (source: Quaker Encyclopedia records, Bedford Co. Va), that Daniel Huddleston Sr. married Agatha “Aggie” Holliday 1788 in Bedford Co. Va. The last documented record I have found for Daniel Huddleston Sr (~1771-aftb1830) is 1830 Census Vermilion Co. Indiana where he & wife Agnes lived. Daniel Huddleston Jr. moved with his family from Lawrence Co. Ohio to Macoupin County, Illinois by 1831, where my 2nd Great Grandfather (Joel Huddleston 1831-1907) was born.

Huddleston-2192 and Huddleston-1336 appear to represent the same person because: these must be the same man. William Huddleston didn't have 3 sons named Daniel.
Huddleston-1480 and Huddleston-1336 appear to represent the same person because: These are the same men with the same parents
Daniel is a brother to the father Abraham you need to remove him and double check his information for correct birth. Thanks
