Mary was born in 1858, Oregon County, Missouri
She was the daughter (and prob only child) of George Huddleston and his 2nd wife, Matilda McWharter.

Her mother died before June, 1860, when her father married Mary Ann Gum

Obituary from the "South Missourian" newspaper Nov 2, 1899. p5:[3]
"Mary E. E. wife of Wm Old died Oct 25, ’99. She was born Sept 10, ’58; married Jan 16, ’76. Was the mother of 10 children, 6 died in infancy. She left a husband and four children to mourn her loss. She was converted in 1882; joined the Congregational Methodist, was baptized by Rev. John McKelvey, Sept 14, ’83. In ’87 she joined Protestant methodist church; in 1889, she joined the M.E. church south, where she lived a faithful member until death. Funeral was preached at her late home Oct. 27, from Micah 4:20. - LL Whitehead

She passed away in 1899.
