Biography
Emily Hudson was born in 1858 in Atherstone, Warwickshire, England.

She was the daughter of John Hudson (a carpenter journeyman, born abt 1825 in Atherstone, Warwickshire) and Sarah A Hands (born Market Bosworth, Leicestershire), who married in 1856.

Emily Hudson, the daughter of John Hudson was married to Thomas Causier, son of William Causier, on 20 Oct 1879 at St Peter, Birmingham, Warwickshire.

On the 1881 census, Thomas Causier (27, a railway clerk born in Droitwich, Worcestershire) and wife, Emily (23, born Atherstone, Warwickshire), their daughter Edith H Causier (1 born Sparkbrook, Worcestershire), England. and a son, Percival B (2 months old, also born in Sparkbrook.) are living at 8 Amelia Place, King's Norton. Emily's sister, Annie E Hudson (21, b Atherstone) is visiting.

In 1891, Thomas (36, railway station clerk), wife, Emily (34) and four children, Edith (11), May (8), Nellie 6) and Alfred (1) were living at 30 Broad Street, Sedgeley, Staffordshire.

In 1911, Emily's husband, Thomas (55, married, a former railway station master born Droitwich) was an inmate in the Union Workhouse, Erdington, Warwickshire, England. He was described as feeble-minded. He died later that year, his death being recorded in the 4th quarter of 1881.

Emily Causier died in 1938 in Birmingham, Warwickshire, age 80 years.
