Horatio was born before 1799. He is the son of Joshua Hudson and Elizabeth Banks.

Named in Grandfather's Will:

Joshua Hudson's children were named as legatees in their grand father Joshua Hudson's Will executed on January 6, 1799. The bequest was to Horatio Hudson and Nancy Hudson, infant children of his son Joshua Hudson, deceased, the sum of L75 in consideration of their father's estate which fell into the testator's hands upon his son's death, to be used for their care until they come of age, with the remainder to be divided equally between them, with the survivor to receive all of the bequest. A November 9, 1800 Codicil provided that the L75 to be paid to Horatio Hudson and Nancy Hudson, infant children of his son Joshua Hudson, deceased, is withdrawn and they are to receive only what they have as of the date of the Codicil. ^[1]
