Biography

Henry was born about 1832. He was the son of Jefferson Huff and Lutilda Rice.

Henry was never married. He was about 19 years old when he left Iowa with his parents & siblings to move to Oregon in 1852. This was a difficult year on the Oregon Trail, cholera hit the Huff family hard. Henry and 5 of his siblings died.
