Jasper Abner Huff, who also went by Abner (25 Nov 1843 Harlan County, Kentucky - 5 Aug 1934 Harlan County, Kentucky) was the son of Isaac Huff and Elizabeth Lewis.

On 15 Feb 1868 in Fulton, Kentucky, as Abner Huff, he married Elizabeth Kelley [sic, Kelly] (1846–1926). They were associated with Holmes Mill, Harlan County, Kentucky.
