Biography
Robert Huffman was a Coloradan.

BTC (SW) Robert Ragan Huffman, USN RET of Madison, Indiana formerly of Carrollton, Kentucky entered this life on May 10, 1960 in Durango, Colorado. He was the loving son of Robert and Pat Hayes Huffman.
He was raised in Elephant Butte, New Mexico and graduated from Truth or Consequences High School.
Bob was inducted into the United States Navy on July 22, 1983. He was a Navy veteran serving at sea aboard USS Aylwin (FF1081), USS Coral Sea (CV43), USS America (CV66) and numerous ashore commands including the Naval Training Center Norfolk, Commander Naval Air Force Atlantic and the Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Atlantic. He was honorably discharged receiving two Good Conduct Medals, Meritorious Unit
Commendation, Navy unit commendation, two Navy Expeditionary Medal, and Battle E, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon with one Star.
After retiring from the Navy the family settled in Carrollton, Kentucky. He was hired by Gallatin Steel in 1996 where he held several different positions eventually being promoted to General Manager, Plant Services.
Bob died on Sunday, August 23, 2015, at 12:28 p.m. at the King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison, Indiana.
Bob will be missed by his loving wife of thirty two years, Teresa M. Evans Huffman of Madison, Indiana, mother, brother
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lee Huffman, December 23, 2005.
Interment will be in the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1415 North Gate Road in Madison, Indiana
