Biography
Thomas Hughes was born in about 1855 in Liverpool, Lancashire, England, the son of Isaac Hughes and Jane Lowry.
In 1861 he was with his parents and 2 siblings in Liverpool.[1]
In 1871 he was with his father, stepmother and a nephew in Toxteth Park, Lancashire. He was a boat builder. [2]
