Biography
Ann Hughes, the daughter of John Joseph Hughes and Catherine Durr, was born 20 December 1818 in Brown County, Ohio. In 1838 she married Simon Huey who had migrated to Ohio from Pennsylvania that same year. She died 18 March 1844 in Adams County and was buried in Brier Ridge Cemetery, Bentonville, Adams County.
