William P. Hughey was born December 14, 1824, in Highland Co., Ohio, the son of Josiah Record Hughey and Sarah Parker.
He and Sarah Ann Grim were married August 20, 1846, in Highland Co., Ohio by Pl. Nation, Elder of the M. E. Church, Refer to Marriage Records of Highland Co., Ohio by David McBride, published by the Southern Ohio Genealogical Society, Highland Co., Ohio Page 119.)
He died November 15, 1887 in Ross Co., Ohio (Recorded at Ross Co., Ohio Probate Court, Chillicothe, Ohio Vol. 3 Page H.
