Biography
The first Danish-Norwegian Governor-general of Norway.
Died 21 Sep 1592 at Tryggevælde, at Arild Huitfeldt's estate; buried in Halmstad church with his wife. Married 04 Feb1553 at Koldinghus to Margrete Breide Hansdatter, the daughter of Hans Breide and Thale Emmiksdatter. Two sons: Otte Huitfeldt and Christian both died young. [1]
