Biography

When Alice Faye Huitt was born on September 18, 1944, in Cherokee, Oklahoma, her father, Wilburn, was 25, and her mother, Gladys, was 19. She married Daniel Warren Preston on November 27, 1964, in Muskogee, Oklahoma. She died on May 17, 2017, in Fort Worth, Texas, at the age of 72, and was buried in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma.

Alice graduated from Central Hight School, Muskogee, Oklahoma in 1962. She attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas and the Tarrant County, Jr. College, in Hurst, Texas. She was a teacher in the Azel Independent School District.

Alice Faye married Daniel Warren Preston on November 27, 1964.

Alice & Daniel had one son Daniel Warren Preston, JR.
