After a lingering illness, the death occur- red on Sunday last, at St. Vincent's Hos- pital, Bathurst, of Mrs. Bridget Donnelly, relict of the late Mr. James Donnelly, at the age of 77 years. She was ons of the pioneers of the Bathurst district. Born at Windsor, the late Mrs. Donnelly arrived in Bathurst at a very early age, and with the exception of about 10 years at Narro- mine, had resided here since. She is sur- vived by a brother, Mr. M. Humphries, of Canley Vale; five nieces, Mrs. M. J. Mock- ler (Bathurst), Mrs. J. Fish (Bathurst), Mrs. D. Ward (Ryde), Mrs. W. Jones (Broken Hill), and Miss Kathleen Cashman (Bathurst), and a nephew, Mr. Hilton Cashman (Sydney). Her husband prede- ceased her by about 12 years. The funeral cortege on Monday afternoon, which mov ed from the residence of Mrs. M. J. Mock ler, Durham-street, for the Catholic portion of the Bathurst Cemetery, was large and representative. The prayers both at the church and graveside were read by Very Rev. Father Dunne (Adm.). — R.I.P.
